The members of Devon Chambers' Housing Team
are regularly instructed by tenants, local authorities, RSL’s and private
landlords in the field of housing law. At Devon Chambers' we appreciate that this
is a rapidly changing and complex area of law and it is for these reasons that
we dedicate our efforts to developing a team that is truly specialist in this
area. Our members are acutely aware of the vulnerabilities and tensions often on
both sides in any given dispute and we therefore strive to achieve a
professional and specialist approach without losing the sensitivity that is
always required.

unlawful evictions, judicial review applications, possession and demotion
