The family law team at Devon Chambers undertakes all types of private and public law children cases, acting for parents, children, guardians and local authorities. In addition, all types of ancillary relief work are undertaken and the team works in conjunction with the civil team on TOLATA and other property disputes.

The family team works closely, and in some cases overlaps, with the criminal team providing a high level of expertise in cases involving domestic violence or child abuse.

The team has barristers at all levels of seniority and experience to provide a comprehensive, efficient and expert service. The family team regularly provides seminars on topical subjects to local solicitors.
