Member of Western Circuit since 1994 and undertook pupillage in Queen Elizabeth Building, London there after practising in the South West (St Johns Chambers and Pump Court Chambers) until 2003 when left to live and work as a lawyer in New Zealand returning to South West in 2011 to recommence practice.

Accepts instructions in most business related disputes. Contract and tort. Regulatory work. Intellectual property (contentious and non contentious) including copyright, software, patents and designs and internet disputes including business disputes arising from e-commerce. Mediation of all these matters.
